A restaurant owner in Reading who is using a mannequin named "Bar-Be-Q" to get more business says the city may force him to take it down.

The stunt gained national attention for Kenny Tessel, who owns K-T’s Barbecue.

Now the city claims there's a zoning violation because the mannequin blocks the sidewalk.

Tessel says he plans to fight this action, and he'll start a “Save Bar-Be-Q” campaign if necessary.
