VIDEO: Tri-State reaction to Hostess saying farewell

CINCINNATI - Hostess announced Friday that the company will be closing their doors. Several plant locations in the country, including in Cincinnati, were closed following a workers strike on Wednesday.

9 News went to the streets of downtown Cincinnati and the hallways of the University of Cincinnati to find out what the public had to say about the end of the Twinkie-era.

Reactions varied as some recalled childhood memories while others were happy to see the sugary snacks leave their diet.
