CINCINNATI - Sunday is Veterans Day, but groups, families and individuals across the Tri-State are looking forward to spending the entire weekend celebrating, remembering and honoring the brave men and women who've defended this country.

DAV Celebrates Veterans Day by Honoring Veterans at Ft. Thomas Domiciliary
WHAT: Luncheon to serve those veterans under the care of Ft. Thomas Domiciliary.

WHAT: There will patriotic performances by the Cincinnati Boychoir and the Queen City Concert Band. A Cookie and punch reception will follow. Free tours of Memorial Hall will also be available.

WHAT: Highlighting veterans from Desert Storm, Afghanistan and Iraq. There will be a precession of veterans, posting of colors, and placing wreaths.

WHAT: Unveiling and roll calling of sixty veteran names to the Wall of Honor Monument.

WHAT:Program at new monument built to replace original Mohawk Honor Roll on Nov. 18, 1948 honoring 607 men and women World War II veterans from neighborhood. Naval Color Guard will be in attendance. A memorial wreath will be placed.
