CINCINNATI - An Anderson Township trustee will not face punishment or a future hearing after he was accused of public indecency.

Kevin O'Brien, 56, appeared in court Tuesday morning for three misdemeanor counts of public indecency. A judge granted his attorney, John Issenmann’s request to dismiss the charges because they allegedly happened on private property.

O'Brien, who began his first four-year term in January 2010, was accused of exposing himself to a woman in her car last May. Police said the incident happened while the woman was giving O'Brien a ride home from a party.

In July, O'Brien pleaded not guilty to the charges.
