School bus overturns in Highland County

HILLSBORO, Ohio - Some students were injured when a school bus overturned onto its side in Hillsboro Friday morning.
The crash happened around 7 a.m. at State Route 124 and Northshore Drive.
Officials say eight students were taken from the scene of the crash to the Highland District Hospital and the extent of their injuries have not been released, but they are not thought to be severe.
The bus had 21 students on board at the time of the crash.
School officials say the bus was heading to Hillsboro High School.
No further details have been released and the crash remains under investigation.
