CINCINNATI - Officials say two separate fires broke out inside an apartment building in Price Hill Friday.
The two-story apartment building, located at the 4500 block of Glenway Ave., first caught fire around 5 p.m. on the second floor.
Fire Chief Gregory Potter says firefighters managed to contain the fire to a small storage unit on the second floor and it was put out within 5 minutes. Residents managed to escape the building safely and no injuries were reported. Damage to the building is estimated at $1,000 from that fire.
Around 8 p.m. a second fire broke out again on the second floor. Firefighters managed to contain the one-alarm fire to a second floor unit. The fire was quickly brought under control within 15 minutes, according to officials.
