SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A portion of Ronald Reagan Highway was shut down as a result of a two-vehicle accident Thursday evening.
Police shut down westbound lanes on Ronald Reagan from the Galbraith exit to Interstate 75. All traffic in the area was diverted to southbound I-75 while the accident was being cleared, according to police dispatch.
According to police dispatch, a car crashed into a semi-trailer around 9:17 p.m. on a stretch of highway near Springfield Township. Crews had to clean up gasoline that was spilled on the roadway as a result of the accident before the highway could be reopened.
No injuries were reported.
