Suspect found in alleged kidnapping of 3-year-old child

CINCINNATI - A suspect sought in connection with a possible kidnapping of a toddler in the Columbia Tusculum area is in police custody Friday.
The 3-year-old child was found unharmed, according to Cincinnati police. The child was allegedly taken from a home in the 3500 block of Eastern Avenue, according to police.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Anthony Joiner, 24, after he was found in East Walnut Hills.
