Police investigate fatal crash in Milford Township

MILFORD TWP., Ohio - A 69-year-old man has died following an accident in Milford Township in Butler County Tuesday night.
The incident happened in the 1700 block of Scott Road around 7:45 p.m.
Police say Gary Beckett, 69, of Milford Township, was driving an SUV westbound on Scott Road when he went left of center and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The cause of death remains under investigation. Authorities say an autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
No other details have been released at this time.
