Officers first responded to the intersection of Warsaw and Woodlawn avenues at approximately 12:40 p.m. on a report of a shooting, with the victim suffering injuries to his chest and arm, according to preliminary police radio traffic.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim on Mansion Avenue and he was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Officers told 9 On Your Side the victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries.

Police have two people in custody but they have not been arrested yet, according to officers at the scene. Police have attempted to interview the victim, but are receiving little cooperation.

In the other shooting, police found a victim with a gunshot wound in a vehicle near the intersection of Reading Road and Victory Parkway in Avondale, according to authorities.

The severity of the victim's injuries is not known at this time.
