CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police have safely located a 2-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted from the Main Library downtown Wednesday afternoon.

Police say Taishaionna Page was dropped off at West 12th Street and Central Parkway around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday evening. Though police have not said who dropped off the child, they confirmed she was found safe and will soon be reunited with her mother.

According to officials, Page went missing around 3:10 p.m. Wednesday from the library. She was with 18-year-old Joshua Harris, who was seen allegedly pushing Page in a multi-colored umbrella stroller out of the library.

Police say Harris is an acquaintance of Page's mother, but no other details on their relationship have been released at this time.

Police arrested Harris early Thursday morning. He is charged with one count of abduction and received a $19,000 bond at his Thursday arraignment.

Anyone with information on this abduction is asked to call the Cincinnati Police Criminal Investigation Section at (513) 352-3542.
