CINCINNATI - Musician Peter Frampton was injured in a car accident in California Tuesday and says it was because a female driver was texting while driving, according to a TMZ report.
Frampton, 62, vented in a tweet Monday afternoon saying, "Texting woman driver just ran into back of me while I was stationary in traffic 101 freeway. Can u say whiplash? People put the phones down."
According to his Twitter account, the English musician says he sustained injuries to his neck and back.
Frampton has lived all over the world, but since June of 2000 has called Cincinnati home. He currently lives in Indian Hill.
