HARVEYSBURG, Ohio - The Warren County Coroner's Office says a man pulled from Caesar Creek Lake Friday morning has died.
The victim, who was fishing by himself, suffered some kind of medical issue and fell off his boat in a remote part of the lake around 10:30 a.m. He was not wearing a life jacket.
A passerby on a boat discovered the victim, pulled him from the water and performed CPR. The victim was then brought to a boat ramp in the 5700 block of Harveysburg Road where he was pronounced dead. A medical helicopter was called to the scene but later disregarded.
The victim's name has not been released.
