Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Pleasant Ridge

CINCINNATI - A  pedestrian was transported to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Pleasant Ridge.

The victim, who police identify as a 30-40-year-old male, was struck in the 5600 block of Montgomery Road around 9 p.m. Wednesday. The man's current condition has not be released.

It is not clear if the driver of the vehicle was present when police arrived at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.

No other details are available at this time.
