FALMOUTH, Ky. - Another arrest has been made in the case of a missing Northern Kentucky woman who was found in North Carolina.
Brendan England was arrested Wednesday morning in Jacksonville, N.C. with the help of the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities say England is the boyfriend of 19-year-old Carlee Garrison.
The Northern Kentucky woman was located safe in Jacksonville, N.C. on Tuesday. Garrison, who has been diagnosed with a mental disability, had been last seen near Morgan Berry Road in Pendleton County on Sunday.
England will be extradited back to the Tri-State to face charges.
As of Wednesday morning, Garrison was still in North Carolina waiting to be picked up by family members.
Angela Gibson, the mother of England, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in a joint effort by Campbell County police and the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office. She is charged with custodial interference and has been released from the Campbell County Jail.
Authorities have not released any additional details at this time.
