CINCINNATI - A man accused of robbing banks on the West side is behind bars after officials tracked him down Tuesday.

Officials arrested 46-year-old Jimi Hatfield for his alleged involvement in a robbery at the Guardian Savings Bank, 5511 Harrison Avenue on Oct. 4 and the PNC Bank, 5889 Bridgetown Road on Sept. 25.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department located Hatfield in the 6500 block of Harrison Avenue in Green Township after a Crime Stoppers tip. Hatfield was driving a black Ford F-150 that was used in the robberies.

Hatfield was charged with three counts of aggravated robbery — a first degree felony. Officials transported Hatfield to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

He was arraigned Wednesday morning and issued a $200,000 bond.
