OAKLEY, Ohio - A major change to the proposed Oakley Station mix-used development was approved Tuesday by Cincinnati City Council's Livable Communities Community.
Developers request that the number of apartments for the project be increased from 250 to 307. Oakley Station will be built on acreage that for years was home to Cincinnati Milacron.
The site has now been cleared so new construction can begin.
The project will include a movie theater, retail outlets and apartments.
It's located next to the Centre of Cincinnati, a development that includes Target, Meijer and Sam's Club stores.
