New text service estimates wait times at Children's Hospital

CINCINNATI -
-Asthma (mild to moderate wheezing)
-Broken bones, sprains and simple fractures
Cincinnati Children's Hospital launched a new service to help parents of patients estimate wait times at the hospital.
Parents can now text "ccurgent" to 437411 to get current estimated wait times at Cincinnati Children's urgent care centers.
Urgent care services are available at the Cincinnati Children's Anderson, Fairfield and Mason locations.
Treatment at the different facilities include:
-Asthma (mild to moderate wheezing)
-Broken bones, sprains and simple fractures
-Cuts, stitches and simple burns
-Ear aches and sore throats
-Fever in infants and children over 8 weeks of age
-General wound care
-Rashes
-Vomiting and diarrhea
