LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. - Recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the most successful entertainer of all time before his 2009 death, the King himself approved the work of Michael Jackson tribute artist Pete Carter, who will perform at Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg’s Boogie Nights dance club in celebration of Jackson’s birthday weekend on Aug. 26-28.

Michael Jackson would celebrate his 52nd birthday this year, and what better way to commemorate the event than to host one of the nation’s top tribute artists, who in 2003 was given the honor of meeting the entire Jackson family at Neverland Ranch. Being a super-fan himself, Carter has Jackson’s signature tattooed on his back.

Carter will perform periodically throughout the night at Boogie Nights dance club Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Aug. 26-28. Boogie Nights is open form 9 p.m. – 3 a.m. and has a $10 cover charge.
