CINCINNATI - A man was taken to a local hospital after being shot in both legs.
Police report that a man was shot in both of his upper thighs in a back alley behind a playground along East McMicken at approximately 4:15 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
The victim, whose name has not been released by police, was taken to University Hospital.
Police say the shooting victim is not cooperating, but they have described the suspect as being a black male.
A motive for the shooting has not been released.
