CINCINNATI - It's rare to hear about a bank owing someone money, but that's the situation for one Cleves man.
Adam West won $10,000 from U.S. Bank. He was awarded the money on Friday at the branch on State Road in Miamitown.
There were more than 39,000 entries in the U.S. Bank sweepstakes.
