TURTLECREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Forty-one Papa John’s restaurants in the Tri-State area will be donating 10 percent of their sales Tuesday to the family of fallen sergeant Brian Dulle.

Sergeant Dulle died May 10 when he deployed stop sticks in an attempt to stop a fleeing suspect in Turtlecreek Township and was struck by that suspect's car.

The fundraiser is one day only.
