CINCINNATI - A Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted a second man in connection with the shooting death of a man police found at a Harrison Avenue property in early November.

Deangelo Sanders, 23, was indicted Wednesday on charges of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, felonious assault and weapons under disability.

On November 1, 2012, officers from District 3 responded to 2233 Moffat Court after receiving reports of a shooting. Police located the body of Jeffrey Luttrell in the rear of a building located at 2247 Harrison Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police arrested Ryan Collier, 23, on murder charges six days after they found Luttrell's body.

Sanders is currently in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
