Man charged for 2009 murder of teen

CINCINNATI - A man was charged Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy in 2009.

Antwan Nelson, 21, was charged with one count of murder in the death of Mark Hooten.

The murder happened in July 2009 in the 3700 block of Borden street in South Cumminsville.

Hooten was walking to a job training program when he was shot in the back. He was transported to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police have not released any other details on Nelson's arrest at this time.
