Adventures Around Cincinnati explores unique and memorable places to explore with your kids

CINCINNATI - Looking for a fun, low-cost adventure without having to fork over the bank on an expensive road trip?
The authors of "Adventures Around Cincinnati," say you can do it and everything is within two hours of the city.
Laura Hoevener and Terri Weeks wrote the book described as a parent's guide to unique and memorable places to explore with your kids.
The authors write about Irons Fruit Farm in Lebanon, Ohio. Guests can pick their berries, apples, gourds, or pumpkins.
Families are given baskets and sent to the fields.
You pay for the weight of your fruit.
The authors also share their experience during roadtrips within two hours of Cincinnati.
These visits include a trip as close as Sunwatch Indian Village/Archaeological Park in Dayton, Ohio to the Anthony-Thomas Chocolate Factory in Columbus, Ohio.
There are many places to explore where is admission is free.
The book is on sale at Barnes and Noble, Joseph Beth Booksellers and Amazon.com. The cost is $14.95.
