Lawsuit settled in teen suicide-bully case

CINCINNATI - A federal lawsuit filed after a local teen who was bullied committed suicide is now settled.

The parents of 18-year-old Jessica Logan sued the Sycamore School District.

Logan was a student at Sycamore High School and died in 2008.

Details on the settlement have not been released.

A Ohio law named after Jessica requiring public schools to expand their bullying policies goes into effect next month.
