Judge Mike Painter is the man who wrote the book on Ohio laws for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Now the I-Team asks him about the DUI tests 9 News called into question last week : Are the standard field sobriety tests flawed so that sober people are as likely to fail them as those who are drunk?

Thursday on 9 News at 6 p.m. we let Judge Painter weigh in.

Judge Painter has heard drunk driving cases for more than two decades and is so highly respected he now sits as the only American judge on the United Nations’ internal court.
