CINCINNATI - Starting boxing up your old bills and personal items, because the fall Hamilton County Free Shred Day is this Saturday at UC Blue Ash.
Hamilton County's Coalition To Stop Fraud, Scams & Abuse is hosting the free shred event Saturday, Oct. 20 from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. in the parking lot of the University of Cincinnati's Blue Ash campus on Plainfield Road . (The former Raymond Walters campus)
There will be a shred truck in the parking for residents to dispose of documents safely.
Items that may be shredded include:
"Shredding your personal documents is one of the easiest ways to protect yourself from identity theft. Take some time to box it up and we'll see you at UC Blue Ash on Saturday." said Hamilton County Commission President Greg Hartmann.

Individuals can shred up to five boxes for free.
