CINCINNATI - A former Skyline Chili manager is accused of stealing over $280,000 from the company.

Hamilton County prosecutors say Johanna Burton took the money gradually between 2007 and 2011.

Officials say she is cooperating with the investigation.

Burton worked for Chiras, which operates several Skyline franchises.

Burton is charged with Aggravated Theft, which is a third degree felony.

No court dates have been assigned at this time.
