Police arrested a man they believed was involved in a series of robberies in Cincinnati.

Larry Stone of Carrl Street was arrested for the aggravated robbery of the Shell gas station at 30 East Liberty Street on Wednesday. The robbery occurred on Tuesday.

After arresting Stone, officers noticed similarities between the Shell station robbery and three other offenses that took place in District 5 in January.

Specifically, Cincinnati police believe Stone was involved in a robbery of Thorton’s on Jan. 18 in Mount Airy, the Family Dollar Store in Camp Washington on Jan. 22, and the Sunoco gas station Camp Washington on Jan. 24.

Cincinnati police ask anyone with information concerning these offenses to please contact the District Five Investigative Unit at (513) 569-8500.
