CINCINNATI - A group of pound puppies are getting a new "leash" on life from a rescue group in Cincinnati. This isn't your every day dog rescue though.
Cincinnati Lab Rescue received a special delivery from South Carolina. Four young Labradors destined to be euthanized, arrived Wednesday afternoon.
"It is the most wonderful feeling in the world to see these beautiful labs come off the plane and we transform them. We give them love. We give them medical attention," said Nancy Williams with Cincinnati Lab Rescue.
The four dogs that arrived in Cincinnati will stay in foster homes until permanent homes are found.
Pilots N Paws provided the transportation. This is the fourth plane rescue trip Cincinnati Lab Rescue has been involved in.
