HAMILTON, Ohio - The Butler County Board of Elections has canceled a special meeting scheduled for Saturday morning.

A regular board meeting has been scheduled for Monday, Nov. 19 at 3 p.m. Among other business, the board will validate provisional envelopes from the recent election.

The official canvass of the Nov. 6, 2012 election will begin following the board meeting and continue until tabulation is complete. The canvass will begin with a pre-tabulation test of the server.

The meeting and official canvass will take place at the Board of Elections office located at 1802 Princeton Road in Hamilton.
