FELICITY, Ohio - Rescue crews have recovered the body of Justin DeVercelly at the Meldahl dam late Saturday night.

Workers at the dam called the Clermont County Sheriff’s office around 9 p.m. when they spotted a body in one of the lock chambers.

Justin and Blake’s father, Justin Sr., remained realistic throughout the search.

He told 9 News rescue crews provided a physical description that matched that of his missing son.

Justin Sr. said his boys were everything a father could ask for and he wants a thorough investigation of the woman who was watching his two children the day they disappeared.

Justin and his brother, Blake, 8, were swept away in the Bullskin Creek Wednesday.

Blake’s body was found Thursday downstream from where the boys went in.

Police said Friday night they believed Justin’s body may have been carried all the way to the Ohio River.
