CINCINNATI - The man police say turned himself in and confessed to several "flashing" incidents in Hyde Park and Oakley is now denying the allegations.
Darnell Dukes, 35, is charged with six counts of public indecency after he confessed to offenses that occurred from August to October in 2011.
Police say Dukes turned himself in to officials on Monday.
At his pretrial hearing Friday, Dukes' attorney, Lisa Ludwick, claimed Dukes will be pleading not guilty.
Hamilton Co. Judge Tyrone Yates denied the defense's request to have bond reduced. He is currently being held at the county jail on $30,000 bond.
