CINCINNATI - A 15-year-old girl reported missing from Alabama has been found on Cincinnati's west side.
Authorities say Ailene Mariz Lander was reportedly abducted Sept. 17 from her Dothan, Ala.
The girl's stepfather, Charles "Dean" Partin , as well as her mother, Julie Bethke, were both arrested Saturday morning at a home in Price Hill. Partin was arrested on a felony warrant for kidnapping, while Bethke was arrested on a warrant out of Alabama for interference with the custody of a minor.
The FBI says Partin took the girl from the Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Both Partin and Bethke are Ailene's non-custodial parents.
The investigation was led by the FBI's Mobile, Ala. Division. The Cincinnati Police Department assisted in the local operation.
