BLUE ASH, Ohio - A Hollywood actor was arrested and charged with gross sexual imposition in Blue Ash Saturday.
Police say Joe Vita, 32, of Hollywood, stopped a woman from leaving a room at the Embassy Suites Motel in Blue Ash and the female had bruising to her arms and neck, according to court documents.
Vita was issued a $10,000 bond at his arraignment in Hamilton County court Monday morning.
Vita has starred in such films as The Return of Johnny V. (2011) and Prime of Your Life (2010), as well as appearing in such TV shows as Tequila and Bonetti (1992) and Burn Notice (2007), according to IMDB.
Vita was also charged with one count of unlawful restraint, which he was released on his own recognizance for.
