CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police are looking for a 28-year-old, mentally disabled man who is missing.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Roy T. Haynes, a white male who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 156 pounds. Also, he has brown hair and brown eyes.
Haynes went missing from his home located in the 1800 block of Fairmont Avenue at about 7:15 a.m. Monday.
Haynes is described as being in good physical condition, but is mentally challenged.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, purple pants, and low-top, brown work boots.
Police said Haynes might be headed to the area of Denham and Beekman streets.
