CINCINNATI - Police are searching for two suspects involved in a Springfield Township shooting after a man received a gunshot wound to the right foot Tuesday evening.

Police say the shooting occurred in the 2100 block of Roosevelt Drive around 6:15 p.m.

Police believe the shooting was the result of an altercation that took place behind townhomes on Roosevelt Drive involving the victim and two black males.

The victim, who police identity as 20-year-old Marcus Hudson, fled to the Little Caesars Pizza on Hamilton Avenue to seek help after the incident.

Hudson suffered a gunshot wound to his right foot and was transported to University Hospital where he remains in stable condition.

Police say two black male suspects remain at large. Police say they are looking for a compact silver four-door sedan that was operated by the suspects.

Neighbors who live across the street from Roosevelt Townhomes said violence can be common in the area.

An employee at LaRosa's located across the street from Little Caesars Pizza on Hamilton Avenue said the area has a strong police presence.

Little Caesars Pizza remained opened throughout Tuesday evening by drive thru only.

Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call Springfield Township Police at (513) 729-1300 or Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040. Tips remain anonymous and you can receive a cash reward for your information.
