CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police have made an arrest in a fatal double shooting that took place in the Westwood neighborhood last week.
On Nov. 1 officers responded to 2233 Moffat Court after receiving notification that a shooting had taken place. Officers located two victims inside a vehicle parked in the rear of a structure located at 2247 Harrison Avenue.
The first victim was identified as 46-year-old Jeffery Luttrell, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, who has not been identified at this time, was transported to University Hospital with unknown injuries.
On Wednesday afternoon, Ryan Collier, 22, was arrested by the Cincinnati Police Department's Fugitive Apprehension Unit. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
The shooting remains under investigation by police.
