Police: Woman wakes up to man touching her leg

CINCINNATI - A Clifton Heights woman awoke to a horrific situation Sunday morning.

According to Cincinnati police, the woman felt pressure on her inner thigh as someone flipped her skirt upward.  When she woke up, she allegedly saw  LaJuan Suggs, 21, of Fairfield, Ohio standing over her.

Suggs entered the home through an unlocked front door, according to a police report.

Police say he fled the home with cash and other items. He was arrested several hours later and charged with one felony of aggravated burglary with the intent to harm and one count of of sexual imposition. 

Suggs is currently in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $60,000 bond.
