CINCINNATI - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is making a campaign stop in the Tri-State Thursday morning in an effort to sway voters in the battleground state of Ohio with less than two weeks until Election Day.

Romney will visit Jet Machine, a manufacturing plant located at 6899 Steger Drive in Bond Hill Thursday morning.

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required and were distributed over the last week. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and Romney is expected to begin speaking by 10:30 a.m.

As Ohio sticks to its reputation as a battleground state, both Romney and Obama have fiercely campaigned throughout Ohio in recent weeks, including making stops in the Tri-State. Romney visited Lebanon last week, where he spoke to thousands at in front of the historic Golden Lamb restaurant.

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden visited Dayton Tuesday and Obama is doubling up in the Buckeye State with a campaign event scheduled in Cleveland Thursday.

No other details on Romney's visit are available at this time.
