CINCINNATI - Traffic on northbound I-75 is back to normal Thursday morning after an accident involving 10 vehicles shut down a portion of the roadway Wednesday night.

According to police, nine cars and one semi truck collided on I-75 in the Lockland area around 8:30 p.m. The accident was cleaned up around 4 a.m. Thursday.

Police say 300 gallons of diesel fuel from the semi spilled all over the roads, which was making it difficult for crews to clear the scene.

Police say several people were transported to the hospital by ambulance, but no one was seriously injured.

No other information is available at this time.

The accident remains under investigation.
