CINCINNATI - Kings Island is adding new food choices to its menu in celebration of its 40th anniversary.

The new additions include fresh, not frozen hamburgers, gluten free pizza, Philly cheese steaks, burrito bowl and nachos.

There will also be more healthier items on the menu such as salads and fresh fruit. Park officials also plan on making changes to the way they cook funnel cakes, to improve their taste.

Kings Island is open for weekend operation beginning Saturday, April 28. Daily operation begins May 11.
