Indiana tourism officials are working up an appetite and having some fun leading up to the Super Bowl.

They've scouted the state for the best sandwiches and only one will be named the best burger in Indiana for Super Bowl Sunday.

One of the sandwiches in the running is the Duane Purvis burger from the Triple-X Family Restaurant in West Lafayette. It includes a thick layer of peanut butter on a sirloin patty.

The voting is down to 46 sandwiches and you can vote for your top 5 Friday, Jan. 6. The top 16 vote-getters will advance on to the next round of voting.

To cast your vote, go to http://www.in.gov/visitindiana/blog/index.php/super-46/.
