If you're drinking green tea you could be getting some hidden health benefits.

A new study finds older adults who regularly drink green tea may stay more agile and independent over time.

The study was done in Japan, looking at thousands of people, ages 65 and older.

Researchers say green tea contains antioxidant chemicals that may help ward off the cell damage that can lead to disease.
