New food regulations in the European Union have inspired one company to create the world's healthiest meal.
Leatherhead Food Research cracked the code in a week.
The meal consists of fresh smoked salmon terrine, a mixed salad with extra virgin olive oil dressing, a high-fiber multigrain roll and a chicken lentil casserole.
