Dearborn Sheriff's Department and the Dearborn County Special Crimes Unit detectives have apprehended four people on Wednesday after one suspect fled.

Jason Andrew Seabolt, 33 of Stoney Lonesone Road, was being served a warrant for probation violations on felony convictions at an abandon home on West County Line Road in Moores, Indiana when he fled the scene. A detective chased him down in nearby woods.

Dennis Todd Seabolt, 40, also of Stonely Lonesome Road, was also apprehended on a warrant for probation violations of a felony conviction after assaulting officers according to a sheriff's report.

In addition the two were charged with dealing in cocaine or narcotic drug, conspiracy to deal in cocaine or narcotic drug, maintaining a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement, battery on a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana under 30 grams.

Also arrested on the scene were two women, Brandy Nicole Lozier, 27 of Lawrenceburg, and Kaiya Tere-nee House, 20 of Aurora. Both were charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
