CINCINNATI - A stomach virus has caused a local school to close down for a long weekend starting Friday.

School officials said Resurrection School in Western Hills will be closed Friday, Jan. 18 through Monday, Jan. 21 due to an unspecified stomach illness affecting 50 percent of its teachers.

Some students are also ill, however, the officials simply said that you can’t teach without teachers.

The school will be sanitized during the coming weekend while students and teachers are home recovering.
