Dearborn County woman arrested on embezzlement charges

AURORA, Ind. - The manager of Kennett Truck Stop and Kennett River City Marathon was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of theft.
Tammera Jones, a 44-year-old Dillsboro, Ohio, resident, was responsible for depositing money from both businesses into the bank as well as filling the ATMs at both locations.
An investigation discovered that between October of 2010 and March of 2012, Jones allegedly embezzled more than $25,000 from the businesses.
Jones is currently being held at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center.
