A report released by Coupons.com has ranked Cincinnati as the 4th most frugal city in the U.S.

The report also said Ohio is the country’s most frugal state, with Cleveland ranking 6th and Columbus 20th on the list.

The rest of the top 5 most frugal cities according to Coupons.com were Atlanta, Tampa, St. Louis, and Raleigh.

Midwest cities appeared most frequently on the list, taking nine of the top 25 spots.

Coupons.com said it ranked cities based on its 2011 Savings Index, which measures each city’s total coupon savings on Coupons.com relative to its population size.
